I completed my 200 hr in 2017, but I’ve been in my practice for much longer! I have had a complex journey with my yoga practice since being in the industry starting in 2012. My main takeaway is that no matter what you go into yoga with, you come out with so much more!

We can incorporate yoga into your life whether you want to slow down, create space, release emotions, or move vigorously to be better embodied.
